For your consideration I have for sale and a lot of 13 different Disney Store 21 inch Disney Princess plush dolls, Belle, Anna, Elsa, Cinderella, Tinker Bell, Aurora, Jasmine, Merida, Rapunzel, Elena, Periwinkle, Snow White and Ariel. They shey show some light signs of play, but do not have any stains or damage. They come from a smoke-free, pet free home. My Attorney made me do it. <---- That was a joke too! Though not often, I do understand that errors and differences in opinion do occur and I do my best to rectify them. Replacements may be provided in lieu of a return or damage, where and when available. This is my personally owned business. And I take it seriously. I do all of the work myself to ensure it is done correctly and well, because there is no one else to do it. If you are not happy for any reason. Occasionally, I may come across items that come from homes with pets. If it is covered in pet hair, I will definitely pass. I have allergies to cats and dogs that affect me in different ways, so it is just best to stay away from these items. However, if it is just a couple of hairs that I can easily remove, then I will do that and wash the item. This of course mostly applies to my plush Listings. Items that are not made of cloth are cleaned up with disinfecting wipes and dusted off. The items are not made perfect or new by doing this, so please do not hold me to that standard, but they are at least cleaned up prior to listing. Items that require batteries are tested. To ensure they work, prior to listing. If it does not work, I either state that it does not work or throw it away. There is no reason to sell broken items to unsuspecting people.
